Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner 


Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning for the organization
  • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Managing staff wellness initiatives.
  • Provide support in HR-related queries from both managers and employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance
  • Active involvement in the recruitment and hiring process.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 1 - 2 years of post NYSC experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to details.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive nature.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly NET.
