Admin. Manager, Office of the Registrar
1. Manages the Registrar/Chief Executive’s office(RCE) and all equipment
2. Oversees the activities of the Registrar’s office with respect to incoming and outgoing mails
3. Ensures effective follow up on issues emanating from or affecting the RCE’s office
4. Prepares quality response to correspondences as directed by the RCE
5. Prepares Joint minutes’ and serves as Secretary to Council
6. Prepares Joint minutes’ and serves as a Secretary at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
7. Assists the Director, Council Affairs and General Services (DCAS) and Local Organizing Committees (LOC) in coordinating preparation for conferences
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Registrar/Chief Executive and Director, Council Affairs and General Services
