The Little Creative Team is Growing, Here's What You'd Be Doing


  • Little is in need of a Social Media Maestro, Tweeter-in-Chief, Insta-Guru. As one of the first hires on our growth & marketing team, you will play a huge role in being the voice with which Little addresses its growing community.
  • The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects through the use of content.
  • As a Content and Social media specialist, you should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content that can engage parents and their kids.
  • You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop content across specific media channels.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
  • Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for industry-related topics
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop visual content 
  • Upload content on social networks and monitor engagement (comments and shares)
  • Operate the posting and community management across channels
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

Who You Are

  • B.Sc in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations is a good plus.
  • A social media savant. You have a proven track record of building popular accounts and attracting interesting followers.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skill.
  • A builder. Starting something from scratch gets you going and you have a growth mindset. You relish a fast-paced work environment and value the opportunity to get in the mud.
  • A doer. You understand the algorithms, stay up to date with new features, and can execute across the social calendar.
  • A sense of humor and finger on the pulse of ever-changing social trends
  • A creative storyteller and you understand brand-building campaigns
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluent in the English Language.
