We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Client / Product Support Staff
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • Our client Support staff will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Explaining Products and features of products to clients
  • Drawing up Contents on Social media platforms aimed at visibility
  • Treating Customers' Purchase request.
  • Attending to other duties assigned by line manager all in line with product promotion and customer satisfaction.
  • Join the team during presentations and will have to anchor presentations on some occasions

Skills

  • Must have a good command of spoken and written English.
  • Must have good IT skills, a background in sciences is an added advantage
  • Must have good presentation skills
  • Should be conversant with social media marketing
  • Must be a creative person
  • A previous experience in a related role will be an added advantage.
  • Must be 27 years old or below by end of 2022

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
