Job Position: Assistant Sales Manager (ISP)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a high-performing Assistant Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Manage customer portfolio to maximize relationship building opportunities.
  • Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field; certification in Sales or Marketing will bean asset.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with proficiency in English Language.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.

  • All candidates must have ISP experience.

Job Position: Enterprise Sales Executive (ISP)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Enterprise Sales Executive position is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with customers.
  • The Enterprise Sales Executive will identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability, and has responsibilities directly related to making sales to include: meeting with customers at the customer’s site, communicating with customers via phone, email, and teleconference, providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues; advising customers on suitability of products and solutions based on their technical needs, preparing proposals, presentations, pricing and contracts, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solution.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / B.A Degree or its equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent Communication skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, results-oriented with a positive outlook, punctuality, ambitious, clear focus on high quality and business profit, mature.
  • Must be comfortable to contact and deal with all types of companies: small, medium and multi-national companies.
  • Ability to prospect for new potential sales, respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in an ISP company a MUST; experience in Enterprise Business also a MUST.
  • Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, word and PowerPoint) and in the use of Internet-based resources.
  • Must have experience in the internet connectivity environment and a technical overview or background.

Job Position: Service Delivery Coordinator (ISP)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Service Delivery Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.
  • The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
  • The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the Service Delivery Team by managing and monitoring schedules, supervising and filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Handle, manage and respond to complaints from the sales team and give out solutions when needed to avoid delays.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Prepare, fill and send daily Service Delivery Sheet.
  • Monitor and make sure all accounts are not disconnected, where applicable.
  • Monitor and Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor the team, to make sure information of unforeseen delays or problems are addressed and notified to the sales person and clients.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports and analysis of the service delivery team.

Requirements

  • Great Educational background, preferably in the fields of Computer Science or Engineering for Technical Project Managers.
  • Proven working experience as a project administratorin the information technology sector.
  • Should have some technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience on internet service delivery.
  • Excellent internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office experience as a sales coordinator / service delivery coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Should be able to handle and supervise large projects for installations
