Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Ogun
Nature Of Work: Hybrid

Job Description


  • Scheduling, attending meetings. Represents the CEO in designated meetings as required
  • Drafts reports, letters, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communications
  • Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents for the CEO when required
  • Efficient, discrete, and proactive in task executions
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents.
  • Assists with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments for the CEO.
  • Communicate and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally, and other strategic activities with
  • Ensure plans/schedules are completed in time

Qualification / Skills

  • Candidates should possess a Degree in Social Sciences and other related degrees
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing support for upper-level management
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, and research skills.
  • Computer literacy especially in MS Office suites.
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and writing
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Strong planning skill
