Bethany Elementary School is the first and only Nigerian German school in Ogun state. Only four years old, but has earned a solid reputation and is a household name in Sagamu and its environs.

We started out as a standard and state-of-the-art creche, and have now grown into a preschool, Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3 classes. So far, in 3 years since the inception ofBethany Preschool, the school has won 3 awards through competitions with other schools in the small city.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Preschool and Elementary School Teacher (Graduate Trainee)

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are hiring classroom teachers and teaching assistants for our preschool classes and elementary classes (Grades 1 and 3).

Job Description

• Teach 4 subjects daily using technology, colourful worksheets, and other resources or teaching aids that make teaching easy for you and make learning fun for the children.
• Develop weekly lesson plans and present them to school management before use in the classroom.
• Serve as a mentor to children in your classroom.

Requirements

• Applicants must be residents of Sagamu or must be prepared to relocate.
• Applicants must have an academic qualification (B.Sc, BA, B.Ed) or at least an NCE.
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in children and teaching.
• Applicants must be able to think out of the box.
• Most importantly, applicants must have a very good command of English.
