We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Location: Ajah / Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Build market position by identifying, developing, and closing business relationships with prospective clients.
  • Assess client's needs, recommend or assist in the selection of appropriate services and negotiate price or other sales terms.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer records.
  • Maintain an updated database in sales including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A Degree or HND in Marketing or any related field.
  • Sales experience in real estate company is required.
  • Must be skillful in sales and customer relationship management and problem-solving.
  • Numerical and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a Female

Remuneration
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
