Summary


  • The NYSC Corpers under the direct supervision of Deputy Director Administration, and technical guidance from the Director of Finance and Admin along with other Admin team members will support administrative, procurement and logistic activities of the project.
  • NYSC Corpers will carry out administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficiency in all assignments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaising with vendors to take delivery of procured items.
  • Dispatching items to states and keep record of all dispatch.
  • Raising draft payment requests and following up with finance. 
  • Providing admin support during meetings in the office.
  • Assist with purchase of airtime, data and ticket reservations.
  • Filing and record keeping of essential information.
  • In collaboration with the Admin leads, receive samples and collate feedback from program staff after sample review.
  • Taking minutes of admin meetings and follow up actions.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor and other members of the admin team.
