Job Position: Front Desk Executive
Job Location:
 Yaba, Lagos

What You’ll Do

  • Welcomes guests, visitors and clients as soon as they arrive at the Hub
  • Directs visitors to the appropriate office/person
  • Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Ensures reception is hygienically clean at all times
  • Performs other clerical duties and provide assistance whenever required

What You’ll Need

  • OND in a Social Science course or related fields
  • 1-year relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Admirable customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong record-keeping skills
  • Proven Office organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient computer skills

Job Position: IT Engineer
Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

What You’ll Do

  • Procurement of IT related items (hardware & software)
  • Provide project management and technical leadership for every aspect of software
  • Installation & configuration of company’s computer hardware, operating systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software glitch
  • Internet monitoring, troubleshooting and management
  • Creation of official emails and mail management
  • Ensure periodic system security and data backup
  • Prompt response to IT related issues within the Hub
  • Liaising with third party on IT related matters on behalf of the Hub
  • Exploring, recognizing and acting on presented opportunities to improve our systems
  • Ensure availability of IT accessories and resources for staff, guests and clients alike
  • Performs routine system maintenance & any other duties that might be assigned

What You’ll Need

  • B.Sc / HND in Computer Science / Engineering, MIS or similar field
  • Proven work experience as an IT Engineer/Support or relevant role in a Tech Hub, Data Centre or Computer Based Test (CBT) firm
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Expertise in Data Centre management and data governance
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to see potential problems in a system setup & attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced business environment

Job Position: Sales & Partnership Executive

  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally and keeping abreast of changes in Tech-business.
  • Increasing client base, researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Discussing promotional strategy and activities with the Enterprise Development Team
  • Preparing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders
  • Drive business development to close deals/agreements/partnerships
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Further develop the business strategy and plan for the company’s future growth 
  • Prepare the company for investment rounds and secure funding
  • Delivery of projects within agreed timeframes with partners
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

What You’ll Need

  • B.Sc / HND in a Business, Science or Engineering course
  • 3-5 years of work experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships or related field
  • Competency in Microsoft applications and understanding of Project Management
  • Good understanding of content development and information technology market
  • Experience working in an Innovation Hub, Learning and Development/CBT firm, Public Sector unit of a commercial bank is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
