Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lekki - Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Responds promptly to customer’s inquiries and complaints.
  • Communicates with customers through various channels.
  • Good knowledge of Company’s products.
  • Receives and process customers’ orders/requests
  • Cross sell products.

Job Requirements

  •  B.Sc / HND in any field
  •  0-3 years job experience in similar role.

Job Position: Store Keeper

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains records of stocks received and outgoing stock.
  • Ensures safekeeping of all items in the cold store.
  • Makes a re-order of stocks that have reached the re-order level in order to avoid insufficiencies.
  • Receives and confirms new consignment for stacking in the cold store.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report if any, to the management.
  • Handles purchases and returned goods.
  • Ensure goods are stacked in a very neat and orderly manner.
  • Ensures the cold-room temperature is monitored.
  • Plays an intermediary role between customers and management to ensure customers’ needs are satisfied.
  • Ensures that issues related to repairs and maintenance of the coldroom are escalated quickly.
  • Co-ordinates sales to wholesalers and retailers.
  • Ensures that the store and its environment is kept clean always.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in any field
  • 0-3 years job experience in similar role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Checking invoices.
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • Handling queries related to accounts.
  • Stock taking.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related field.
  • 0-3 years job experience in similar role.
