Job Summary


  • Our multimedia company is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing team and working closely with other departments to ensure effective coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and brand positioning.
  • Manage the marketing team and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and print.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including creative, production, and sales, to ensure effective coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing spend.
  • Develop and lead generation campaigns, promotional materials, and other sales collateral to support revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that will inform the company's marketing strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and implement new strategies and tactics as appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or any other field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Experience marketing and working collaboratively with other departments.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools.
