Job Position: Tech Support Staff

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • Collect and document software requirements, proposals and design.
  • Manage websites availability and subscriptions.
  • Manage hosting and reseller platforms and client communications.
  • Liaise between sales team, Tech team, and clients.
  • Maintain customer relations, training and on-boarding.
  • Manage tech-related office licenses, purchases and subscriptions.
  • Document Service Level Agreements, Terms of Service and official information documents.
  • Follow up on development time-frames and deadlines
  • Manage all software repositories.
  • Document daily reports.

Job Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc in Computer Science or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a tech firm
  • Web hosting, hosting reseller platform & software development cycle is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of programming is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication & time- management skills
  • Great poise & appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Must be resident in Abuja
