1.) Technical Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Monitoring processes, workers, and methods, and developing plans for increased efficiency.
• Conducting required research and developing best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or similar.
• Additional Certification or license may be required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Experience working as part of a team in a construction company is an added advantage
• Candidate should possess working knowledge of compressors and forklifts.
• Experience in a similar technical role is recommended.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and,problem-solving skills.

2.) Sales Manager (Heavy Construction Equipment)

Job Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• B.Sc in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager within the construction industry.
• Experienced in the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.
• Strong networking and business development skills.
• Previous experience in heavy equipment sales (backhoe loaders, bulldozer, soil compactors, etc.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing and new clients.
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral).

3.)Senior Talent Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Human Resource Management.
• 7 years of experience working in roles such as talent manager, senior talent manager, senior human resource manager.
• Strong strategic, people management, and tactical execution experience leading a recruiting team/function.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Certification in Human Resource Management.
• Strong understanding of labour law.
• Proven track record managing and engaging the team to deliver high performance.

4.) Field Operations Technical Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
• Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Supporting the engineering team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
• Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies.
• Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections on projects.
• Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Ensuring that the construction machines are duly serviced and maintained.
• Documenting processes and keeping detailed servicing logs.

Technical Engineer Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role for a construction company.
• Prior managerial experience in a similar role or capacity.
• M.Sc. in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• Sound working knowledge of the industry and construction tools such as compressors, forklifts, etc.,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For Material Handling & Earth Moving Equipment:

• Specialize in Diesel & Petrol Engine & AT (Automatic Transmission) Overhauling.
• Specialize in Electrical Work AC to DC converter system.
• Specialize in Managing After Sales Team with Proper reporting, daily updates on the work schedule, Meetings with after-sales team.

For Industrial Air Compressors & Chiller:

• Specialize in Air-end ( Screw Element ) Overhauling,Piston units, Electric Motor Repair
• Specialize in Electrical Circuit Diagram.
• Specialize in Refrigeration circuit, Gas Com installation.
• specialize in After Sales Team with Proper reporting, daily updates on work schedule, Meetiand ng with after sales team.
