MK Trend Limited - Our client, BestFin Nigeria Limited, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Collection Officer
Job Location: Ladipo, Mushin - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
• Negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Maintaining customer payment records.
• Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
• Responding to customer queries.

Qualifications

• NCE / OND / HND / B.Sc

Minimum Requirements & Key Skills:

• A minimum of 1 year of job experience
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Energetic with a passion for customer service
• Must be Computer literate.
• Have an ability to influence and collaborate with a team
• Candidates that lives around Mushin, Surulere -Lagos state and its Environs

Remuneration

• Basic salary: N60,000 Monthly.

Performance Bonus:

• Daily Bonus
• Weekly Bonus

• Interview will be conducted physically i.e Face-to-Face Oral Interview not Virtually at the office premises.
