Job Position: Project Architect
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Description

• We are seeking to hire a project architect on a three (3) months contract basis(subject to renewal)
• The individual should be a creative and inspired architect to handle projects from initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction
• You should be able to take ownership of any project assigned to you, be it design, construction, or renovation, and deliver projects timely to clients.
• Working hours 8:30 – 5 pm Monday to Fridays (In some instances he/she would be required to work on weekends to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships
• Developing and presenting proposals, drawings, specification budgets, and construction documents
• Preparing detailed drawings showing the appearance, structure, and interior of the building project
• Prepare project reports/snag/conducting research/contract documents
• Managing project team and collaborating with other construction professionals

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Strong creative visualization skills
• Creating and monitoring project timelines
• Periodic site visitations.
