1.) Medical Officer

Description


  • The role sits in our clinical team to provide excellent primary care to our patients. The role holder ideally will be an individual comfortable with providing appropriate counselling to patients of all ages, at all levels of health literacy and has an interest in driving ongoing innovations in improving primary care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent, evidence-based, patient-centered primary care services to all patients
  • Develop and execute strategies and initiatives including but not limited to corporate events, wellness checks, etc that will lead to a better experience for corporate clients
  • Develop and utilize treatment tools that standardize the provision of care in the clinic
  • Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices.
  • Use electronic medical records systems and electronic diagnostic tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum of MBBS, MBChB.
  • 2-3 years of post NYSC experience in comprehensive primary care
  • Demonstrated experience with developing clinical/scientific research or utilizing medical research findings to guide treatment decisions.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Able to recognize symptoms and signs of various illness and injuries to order appropriate tests and prescribe treatments.
  • Understand proper format for patient note documentation
  • Candidates must reside around Port Harcourt axis
  • Able to work 8am to 8pm on days of shift

2.) Product Manager - Retail

Job Location: Remote
Job type: Full-time

Description

  • This role will focus on growing the Direct-to-consumer product while balancing the needs of our Brand & Growth division to increase the overall sales in the business.

Responsibilities
As Product Manager for DTC / Brand Growth reporting to the SVP of Product, you will be required to:

  • Shape a compelling vision and strategy for your part of our product, based on a deep understanding of users’ needs, the market and the competition
  • Define and align meaningful objectives and key results and own the roadmap for your domain
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Set the priorities for a cross-functional product team on a day-to-day basis, prioritising sprints, removing blockers and ultimately building and owning a product with a real impact on our users
  • Formulate hypotheses that help validate what experiences to design, implement, run and evaluate product experiments to reach your objectives
  • Ensure that valuable features, enhancements, and bug fixes are prioritized and shipped, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights with the rest of the company
  • Be the expert in knowing who your customer is and what problems you are solving for, always taking decisions in favour of the customer
  • Be ultimately responsible for making that product valuable and viable

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Product Manager (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in taking a product from concept to launch, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions
  • Experience at a high growth company
  • Experience working with consumer facing products, and it is a plus if it is in healthcare!
  • Data driven, who use numbers to back up priorities and estimate impact before implementation begins of new initiatives
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly communicate your product vision in simple and easy to understand language for a broad audience, including senior management, your teams, as well as colleagues from within and outside the team
  • Proven record of improving product KPI:s that are directly impacting revenue metrics
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving problems
  • Ability to build trust with key stakeholders to align multiple teams and deliver on strategic initiatives; experience working with internal and external stakeholders

3.) Operations Lead, Customer Success

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Description

  • This role will manage operational systems and processes that support an expanding omnichannel support and customer success function across multiple geographical markets.
  • This role will report to the SVP of Customer Success.

Responsibilities
You will be Responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a strategy, plan, and KPIs for operations and international expansion
  • Developing forecasting models that track the actual performance against model predictions
  • Removing obstacles to delivering consistently high levels of service
  • Managing projects to launch services in new emerging markets
  • Managing capacity to ensure optimal staffing levels for each channel and market
  • Managing external vendors and internal partners that provide systems to support and optimize customer success functions.
  • Identifying and working cross-functionally to automate processes
  • Managing RFP’s to select new vendors required for new emerging markets

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with operational management of call centers, ideally within the Healthcare industry.
  • Experience with interaction forecasting, capacity, and workforce management
  • Strong analytical and data management and reporting skills
  • Experience configuring and managing call center management systems
  • Experience with operations across multiple geographical markets
