Job Description

  • Overseeing general office operations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied.
  • Screen, handle or redirect all incoming telephone calls.
  • Maintain empthatic and professional attitude towards customers always.
  • Identify and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with relevant work experience.
  • Adaptability.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
