Job Position: Office Manager
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Overseeing general office operations.
- Good communication skills.
- Ensure customers are satisfied.
- Screen, handle or redirect all incoming telephone calls.
- Maintain empthatic and professional attitude towards customers always.
- Identify and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with relevant work experience.
- Adaptability.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
