Our aim is to constantly offer a support to the service in the industry thereby reducing the cost enhancing productivity and profitability. The scope of work as a clearing expeditor covers the following areas: Organizing chartered aircraft/courier freighter, Organizing loading of container from supplier warehouse to destination, Process import documentation, Process export documentation & Initiate the clearing at the port including export free zone.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Lagos


Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the management.
  • Manage important and confidential company documents
  • Oversee the inventory of office and stationery supplies and ensure to request order when necessary.
  • Manage correspondence (including letters? emails and packages)? arrange travels and accommodations
  • Attend to clients, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND / B.Sc in any discipline or related course.
  • Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
  • Must be computer literate and have excellent microsoft office skills.

  • Ability to convey information in simple terms.
  • A highly organised and self motivated individual
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask.
