1.) Business Development Manager

Job Description


  • In our next step of development to expand our business and presence in the country we are looking for a competent, self-motivated, hardworking and experienced Business Development Manager with an established network in the IT industry.
  • As a Business Development Manager, you will act as a bridge between our customers and our business units using a consultative selling strategy to understand the customers’ business, including their current situation and their future direction, and propose a series of solutions and capabilities that exceed their needs and enhance their ability to drive improved business results.
  • You will be responsible for gaining new business, keeping and growing existing customers as well as guiding junior sales executives.

Responsibilities
What will I be doing?

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Achieving or exceeding assigned sales target.
  • Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
  • Assisting newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Account Managers in answering technical questions posed by customers.
  • Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  • Promptly submitting orders and follow-through to ensure customer requests are honored
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Maintaining a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders including but not limited to product/customer marketing, customer success, subject matter experts, technical solutions engineers, and the people/operations teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  • Creating and delivering sales presentations that are compelling, accurate, and informative
  • Serving as a mentor to less experienced salesmen and assisting in training regarding effective delivery solutions
  • Working quickly to solve consumer complaints to retain business, and build the company’s reputation

3.) Cyber Security Specialist

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a driven Cyber Security Specialist passionate about building innovating solutions to prevent against an ever-expanding battery of cyberattacks.
  • We’ll look to you to defend our critical information and computer networks from opportunistic hackers, and we’ll also depend on you to keep your thumb on the pulse of the IT security sphere so you can take appropriate measures to keep our business and platforms protected.
  • You’ll get the opportunity to develop, implement, communicate, monitor and maintain our cyber security program, including identifying critical systems and critical digital assets, addressing cyber security controls for each critical digital asset, and maintaining cyber security attack mitigation and incident response capability.
  • Ultimately, you will defend the organization’s computer hardware, software and other systems from theft, loss and other cyberattacks.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide security monitoring and incident response services required by the business, in alignment with Cyber Security’s mission to protect Client’s Digital Assets (including Industrial Control Systems) to a level of confidentiality, integrity and availability commensurate with the threat to those assets and their value to Client.
  • Act as internal expert on matters relating to intrusion detection and incident response.
  • Lead investigations into network intrusions and other cyber security breaches. Provide a coordinated response to complex cyber-attacks that threaten the company’s assets and computer systems.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of security monitoring and incident response processes and solutions as required to support our cyber security program.
  • Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard
  • Stay current on Information Technology (IT) security trends and news
  • Develop company-wide best practices for IT security
  • Operate security monitoring and incident response tool sets with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Research and recommend solutions for incident response and digital forensics.
  • Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause
  • Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities
  • Perform penetration testing
  • Help colleagues install security software and understand information security management.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidates must have at least 3 years cognate experience an a minimum of B.Sc in Computer Science or related fields, Comptia Security, CCNA Routing & Switching, CCNA Security.
  • The knowledge of Fortinet, Eset, Checkpoint, Microsoft and ASSO will serve as an added advantage.
