Job Position: Sales & Customer Support Officer
Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
  • Deal and help resolve any customer complaints
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Cross-sell other products and services of the company
  • Respond to customers' enquiries via email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
  • Credit customers upon payment confirmation.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND with 1 year of experience.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 annually.
